Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Your 30-day free trial starts the moment you create your account. No credit card is required until you decide to continue.
How do I collect customer information?
We give you a unique QR code for your restaurant. Put it on your tables, receipts, or menus. When guests scan it they enter their name, email, and birthday to join your loyalty program.
What email service does the platform use?
By default your automated emails are sent through our platform. On Growth and Multi-location plans you can connect your own SMTP credentials (e.g. your own Brevo or Gmail account) so emails come from your restaurant's domain.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts or lock-ins. You can cancel your account from your settings page at any time.
How does the review generation work?
The day after a customer visits (tracked via your loyalty QR scan), they automatically receive an email asking how their experience was. If they rate it 4 or 5 stars, they're directed to your Google review page. Lower ratings are captured privately so you can follow up.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
You'll receive an email reminder before the trial ends. If you choose to continue, you'll enter your billing information and be charged the monthly plan price. If you cancel before the trial ends you won't be charged anything.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees, ever. The monthly plan price is all you pay.
