From Restaurants: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, restaurant name, address, phone number, and payment information. We also collect usage data such as the emails you send and the number of customers in your database.
From Guests: When a Guest scans a Restaurant's QR code and joins a loyalty program, we collect the information they voluntarily provide: first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), and birthday month/day (optional). This information is collected on behalf of the Restaurant and stored in our platform.

Guests who join a Restaurant's loyalty program consent to receive occasional emails from that Restaurant, including birthday offers, review requests, and loyalty updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe requests are honored immediately.
We do not send Guest email addresses to third-party marketing services. Emails are sent via our platform's email infrastructure or the Restaurant's own SMTP server.
We do not sell Guest personal information to third parties. Guest data collected through a Restaurant's QR code belongs to that Restaurant. We act as a data processor on behalf of Restaurants, who are the data controllers for their Guest information.

Restaurant account data is retained for the duration of the account and for up to 90 days after cancellation. Guest data is retained as long as the Restaurant account is active. Guests may request deletion of their data by contacting the Restaurant directly or emailing us.
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage Restaurants to use strong passwords and keep their login credentials confidential.
Our platform is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
